Hot and cold drinking machine is not a single type of drinking machine, but a combination of hot and cold drinking machine and cup maker. The former is used to make hot and cold beverages, while the latter is used to produce cups to serve them. Here's a closer look:
I. Hot and Cold Drinks: Drinkers
Function Definition: A hot and cold beverage machines is an automated device capable of producing both cold drinks (such as chilled juice and coffee) and hot drinks (such as hot milk and soy milk). Temperature regulation is achieved through refrigeration and heating system, making them suitable for restaurants, businesses and personal hot and cold beverage shops.
Typical Application Scenarios
Summer applications: Make frozen drinks such as frozen milk, beer, fruit juice, plum juice, soy milk, soft drinks and coffee.
Winter application: hot drinks such as milk, hot fruit juice, soy milk, etc.
Multi-Scenario Adaptability: Supports on-demand beverage supply in restaurants, convenience stores, office lounges, and more.
Operating Instructions
Start prep: When moving the machine, insert your fingers into the base of the base to avoid damaging rubber feet; make sure the rear and side exhaust grilles are at least 150mm from the wall.
Add 3-5 liters of water to the beverage container. Check the sealing ring and nozzles for leaks. Once confirmed, cover.
Make sure all switches are in "off" or "off" positions. Insert the power cord into a well-grounded three-way outlet.
Functional testing:
Cooling Test: Turn on the pump switch to observe if the nozzle is spraying water, then switch to the cooling position to make sure hot air is blowing out of exhaust grille.
Heat test: Turn the switch to a heating position and check after 10 minutes to see if the water temperature has risen significantly.
Daily use:
Cold Beverages: After adding the beverages and closing the lid, plug in the power, turn on the pump and switch to a cooling position.
Heating Beverages: operate in the same way as cooling, but switch to a heating position.
Stir: After adding a drink or disinfectant, turn on the pump and stir.
Temperature control: When the beverage reaches the desired temperature, turn off the cooling/heating switch and only keep the pump running to maintain circulating.
Add ingredients: When the beverage is almost finished, turn off the appropriate switch, add ingredients and turn it back on.
Repair shutdown: First, turn off the cooling/heating/pump switch. When the pump stops, unplug the power cord.
When heating, do not adjust the temperature by cooling to avoid damaging the equipment.
II. Cup machine: cup making equipment
Function Definition: A cup maker is an automatic device for manufacturing plastic or paper cups by heating, molding, stamping, etc. According to the material, can be divided into plastic cup molding machine and paper cup molding machines.
Typical Application Scenarios
Plastic Cup Molding Machine
Material support: can be used with PS, PET, HIPS, PP, PLA and other materials to meet the needs of different customers.
Product Type: Production of beverage cups (coffee cups, milk tea cups), disposable cups, jelly cups, food packaging containers, etc.
Environmental Advantages: Support PLA and other biodegradable materials, reduce environmental pollution, realize the utilization of waste resources and meet the requirements of sustainable development.

Paper Cup Forming Machine
Product Type: Makes wax-coated cups (for frozen food packaging) and plastic-coated cups (over 90°C heat resistant) with a capacity of 3 to 18 ounces.
Structural Classification: Single/double sided PE coating types are available to accommodate different application scenarios.
How to operate it (using plastic cup molding machine as example)
Material Preparation: Select plates according to product requirements, 380-810 mm wide and 0.3 -2.0 mm thick.
Equipment Debugging: Modular design allows rapid change of temperature adjustment in mold assembly and heating zone (fluctuation control within ±1°C).
Production process: After heating and softening, the plate is molded by stamping die. An ejector mechanism separates the cup body from the waste material and pushes cylinder to complete the stacking.
Automatic control: A PID temperature control module and chain drive system to achieve continuous operation and improve production efficiency.
