First of all, the paper cup information is attributed to food grade. Therefore, the best paper data is to select the original paper rather than the paper material for secondary disposal;
Secondly, it is necessary to select paper materials that do not contain fluorescent substances that may meet the corresponding industry standards. Do not select paper materials that contain excessive amounts of fluorescent substances because of low prices. This overspending substance is extremely damaging to the human body.
Finally, the paper cups produced by the paper cup machine are filled with liquid. Therefore, the paper materials must have certain water resistance and pressure resistance, so that the paper cup machine is not easy to break and leak when the cup is formed.
Generally, the paper cup will be processed by the PE film of the paper cup machine during the production process. This treatment adds an inner film to the inner layer of the paper cup, which can withstand high temperature and water.
If the paper cup machine chooses wax disposal for paper cups, it needs to be marked on the outer packaging to clarify that this paper cup is suitable for holding lower temperature liquids, and high temperature liquids are not suitable.
