Molding Manufacturing Process Of Paper Bowl

1. Preparation (Figure 1-1, 1-2)

Before starting the machine, the operator shall prepare for the cleaning, lubrication, shake the machine, and add silicone oil or white mineral oil. Connect the power source and check the status and working condition of the photoelectric condition.

2. Printing Die Cutting (Punching Machine) (Figure 2-1, 2-2)

The printed paper shall be cut on the die-cutting machine (punching machine) into pieces according to the required size, and placed into the paper holder for production purposes. Then put the paper into the paper holder and each piece of paper shall be flat; shake up and down until it is moderately loose, which is conducive to sucking paper. Ensure that the paper is level and neat without tilt into the paper holder.

3. Bowl Edge Bonding And Sending (As Shown In Figure)

The paper is pushed to the position of the round head by pushing rule. First, the paper is rolled up and fixed, and then pressed down by ultrasonic head.

When the ultrasonic wave detection optoelectronic (or probe) detects the bowl, the machine begins to send the bottom. The process of lower-sending is as follows: the bottom paper is conveyed from the loading paper seat to the bottom die through the preloading assembly, and the bottom paper controls the time sending to the bottom die and works with the rhythm of the whole machine. Through the bottom knife, the bottom knife is sent into the bowl mold attached to the bottom of the bowl mold in preparation for the next step.


4. Hook And Flip (Figure 4-1 And 4-2)

The paper tube with ultrasonic bonding is pushed by the paper hook to the bowl mechanical gloves, and sent to the next station.

5. Top Oil And Mold (As Shown In Figure 5-1, 5-2)

The paper tube is sent to the silicone oil plate with bowl manipulator, and the top of silicone oil contacts with the linoleum on silicone plate, let the top of paper tube dip with the silicone oil or food-grade white mineral oil, making the edge curling more convenient and more effective.

6. Bottom preheating and folding (as shown in Figure 6-1 and 6-2)

The top and bottom paper receives the preliminary heating, so that the bowl paper can be easily folded, and the bowl bottom with silicone oil is pressed via the pressure between bottom moulds, and the inner bowl bottom is folded inwards, so the bottom paper is folded fully.

7. Bottom preheating and knurling

Bottom and bottom paper are reheated by hot air, so that the paper bowl and bowl bottom can be bound, in order to make the lower bottom bind the bottom paper; the knurled wheel is used to press the bottom circumferential side, and bind the edge paper and bottom paper, forming the bowl bottom with grain.

8. Edge (as shown in Figure 8-1 and 8-2)

The glass tube moves with the rotary plate to the edge position, and the edge mold in the left figure catches the corresponding mold, and the edge motor drives the edge mold, the bowl pressing mechanism in the right figure goes down to roll the bowl mold.

9. Bowl feeding (as shown in Figure 9-1, 9-2)

When the finished paper moves to the exit with the wheel, the upper roof pushes the bowls from the bowl mold; at the same time, the air in glass tube is blown out, forcing the paper to move to the downtime bowl device along the discharge pipe for the convenient packaging.
