Maintenance and Lubrication of Machine
1. Machine Maintenance
Users shall be paper bowl machine for regular maintenance and repair, improve the working conditions of the machine to make the machine in a good working condition: the specific practices are as follows:
(1) Do daily check work, to the work board above the activities of joints and add the EP150 gear oil or lubricating grease.
(2) Check if the mechanical connection part of the cylindrical pin / elastic ring is in the normal position. If there is any discrepancy, correct it immediately or replace the spring retainer.
(3) Check if the fastener is fixed: such as nuts, bolts loose shall be tightened, otherwise it will lead to machine jitter, travel disorder and even serious problems such as collision.
(4) If the work is abnormal sound and abnormal circumstances, shall immediately stop inspection.
(5) Exclude mechanical failure shall be arranged with mechanical knowledge and mechanical experience of personnel, to ensure the safety of personnel and machinery.
(6) Lubrication system oil pump inlet filter to be cleaned regularly (to avoid blockage of the oil can not be oil to the oil required, resulting in serious machine wear), the new machine in the first two months once a week cleaning, Wash once every two weeks to ensure smooth oil, lubrication in place.
(7) Lubricating oil (EP150) also needs to be replaced regularly. The new machine shall be replaced once in the first month, then 6-12 months to ensure the lubrication of the machine and prolong the service life.
(8) The optical eye shall receive the regular cleaning, usually 3-5 days to ensure the normal operation of the machine detection.
(9) High-pressure blower on the filter shall be cleaned once every 7 working day, to ensure the smooth flow of the mouth.
2. Machine Lubrication
Lubricant (grease) mainly lubricates the cooling, rust, cleaning, sealing and cushioning, especially in the machinery of some bearings, transmission and sliding parts of the need to do lubrication work, it is more conducive to the extension of machine life and improve economic efficiency. The automatic lubricating coverage of the machine parts is more than 95 percent, which greatly reduces the manual lubrication time. Only during the operation of the machine, the following parts of the tubing can be automatically lubricated and the lubricating parts of the tubing are in place.
