1. What can your machine do?

Produce paper cup, paper bowl, ice cream cone, paper plate, and other paper containers with different machines.

2. What size of the cup/bowl you can make?

Depends on machine models, can make minimum 2oz to maximum 22oz cup, 20 to 50oz bowl and other different sizes according to customer's requirements.

3. Are you a manufacturer?

Yes, We produce paper cup machine since 1998.

4. What about the payment term?

We accept TT, LC and cash.

5. What information should I offer if I want to get a quotaion?

- Speed requirement

- Cup size (top diameter, bottom diameter, and height), better offer with cup sample

- Paper thickness

- Use plastic lid or not

Introduction of Ultrasonic

One: Adjusting the place of stroke switch.

1. As adjusting, at first must turn off the power of ultrasonic control face.

2. At the stick of forming tube place, adjusting the place of stroke switch (on the control face). Use the handle shake the machine, when the welding head tune down to the forming tube mould 5㎜ distance, this stroke switch can touch with the control board.

Two: Adjustment of operation time and amplitude.

1. When use the ultrasonic, on the operation board, the up temperature meter’s function is display and adjust the time relay of ultrasonic operation time. In the common condition, the best time of operation time is 1—2 seconds, the display 1—2 big coequals.

2. On the control box of ultrasonic, we can adjust the amplitude.
