Flexo Printing Machine Work Principle
1. It is composed of feeding shaft, accepting table, braking roll and brake. The tension of feeding shaft is controlled through the automatic tension control system, which can have the winding paper keep a certain tension.
2. Lay down two pieces of press plates on the accepting table to press the paper when the two webs are to connect. Cut the two ends of paper with blade and stick them with adhesive tape.
After accepting paper, lift the press plates.
3. It is important for the braking roll to keep a constant-tension force for winding paper and its entry into the printing area. So the constant-tension force is adjusted properly through the adjustment of thickness and width of paper. The tension force isn't allowed too strong or too weak or it will disturb the register precision.
